KitQC2 French Vocabulary
The thousands of vocabulary words in KitQC2 are great. They can save you a lot of time.
To help students see the patterns faster, they are organized by type (noun, verb, adjective, etc).
Since there are no useful rules in French for gender, feminine forms and plurals, all the nouns and adjectives include their gender, feminine forms and plurals.
French is not a phonetic language. This means that you cannot tell how a word is pronounced by looking at the letters.
As well, French has a lot of words that are homophones. There are many important words in French that are pronounced identically - even though they are spelt differently and have very different meanings.
The sound files in KitQC2 really help a person learn how to speak and write French vocabulary. The learning exercises are very efficient. You can do the Learn exercise before doing the Test exercise.
The only way to learn French is memorization. Repetition is the basis of memorization. With KitQC2 you can repeat a learning exercise as often as you wish.
Once you have mastered words, just delete them. Stay focused on the words that you personally need to learn.
In the Folder called ‘Documents Importants’ you will find the word lists for the vocabulary in text format (.txt) and Rich Text Format (.rtf) so you can use them with your word processing software.
Translations of the thousands of words in the vocabulary are also available in English and Spanish.
